Eight Reasons To Establish Networks

Networks ease data management by a centralized data storage system
Networks improve marketing and customer service by providing updated data about products or service to customers at any time or taking orders directly from customers
Networks allow workgroups to communicate more efficiently by using email and other communication or monitoring tools
Networks allow multiple users to access data from different locations like branch offices or employees in the field to serve clients better with reliable and updated information
Networks can limit access to special datas to eligible users like HR or accountants
Networks save administration cost by sharing an expensive single top-quality printer, rather than putting multiple low-quality printers on each desktop
Network software licenses are less costly than separate licenses for the same number of users
Important Facts About Software Licensing
Burning copies of software on CDs is not permitted.
Site licenses specifically define a "site" and do not permit broader use. Thus, selling or transferring excess licenses beyond the defined site is not permitted. Simultaneous home and office use of a software product requires two licenses, but a single person can work either in his office or at home as long as nobody else is working with the product at the same time. Concurrent use of software is generally not allowed-all individuals who have access to the products must have valid licenses to use them.
Backup copies cannot be used unless the original software is destroyed.
Licensed upgrades are not additional licenses for a full product. You need to own the license for a prior full version in order to use an upgrade.
Multiple copies of software on a single machine require multiple licenses, including different versions of the same software.
Any user with access to software on a corporate server must be licensed to use that product.
You must be licensed to use any software font provided to you by a client or anyone else.
